We don’t accept change of mind returns, we only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. Whilst we do our best to ensure these things don’t happen we also understand that this is sometimes out of our control.
If your product has arrived damaged or doesn’t work as advertised, please send us an email at [email protected] to arrange a return. Items that are damaged due to misuse won’t be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If you claim is approved, then a replacement product will be sent.
